Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vicki McGrath Art. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Print Order Processing Time: This refers to the time it takes for us to receive your order and print / prepare it for shipping. This typically falls in the range of 1-3 business days. Estimated shipping times at checkout are in addition to our order processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Economy 5-8 business days
  • Standard 3-4 business days
  • Express 1-2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Information: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information.
The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% reprint charge based on the value of the print to be reprinted if the original order is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Vicki McGrath Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Vicki McGrath Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

US Shipping: Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout. A tracking link will be sent once the order is shipped. 

International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Please contact us at vickimcgrathart@yahoo.com to request international shipping.
